Refund requests must be made within 3 days of enrolment and before the 2nd class, for any course including performance marketing certification. Registration/processing fees are non-refundable. No refunds after 20% course delivery, for no-shows, or misconduct-based dismissal. Approved refunds processed in 10-15 business days.
